Yes. Conversation lessons are for learners from A2 to C1. We can maintain your fluency, work on nuance and accuracy or review specific difficulties. During the first session, we will discuss your goals and how I can help. DELE preparation is offered for A2, B1 and B2; enquire about C1 preparation for your goal and our availability.
Lesson preparation, all materials used and personalised feedback are included in the price.
Lessons are booked through the website calendar, subject to available time slots. Before buying a pack, check that you can book your first lesson within seven calendar days after purchase. Your first lesson must take place within that period. Validity starts on purchase: six weeks for five lessons and twelve weeks for ten. Expressly agreed pauses and cancellations by María extend validity by the corresponding period.
You can change or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, the session is considered used so that the time reserved in the schedule is respected. In cases of force majeure supported by a medical certificate, you may reschedule without losing the lesson, even with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Choose your level and number of lessons. All lessons are individual and last 50 minutes. Every lesson in a pack has the same unit price.
DELE packs save €5 for 5 lessons and €10 for 10 lessons (€1 off each lesson in either pack) compared with single lessons. A pack is not a complete course or a guarantee of passing.
DELE lessons last 50 minutes and include materials and corrections outside lessons.
You complete a sample exam before starting your preparation and a mock exam before the actual exam.
Depending on your starting level, you may need to work on general Spanish first or strengthen it during your DELE preparation. We will adapt the lessons to your needs.

Introductory session: €5 for the first 15 bookings, then €12. Charged separately, with no obligation to buy a pack. DELE preparation requires a foundation close to the target level.
Displayed prices are the total payable for the teaching described, with no enrolment fee or automatic renewal. Official exam fees and optional books are excluded. Extra work is quoted and agreed before it begins.

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead without using a lesson. Later cancellations and no-shows count as a used lesson. Justified emergencies are considered individually without requesting unnecessary medical information.
If María cancels or an academy technical issue prevents the lesson, it is rescheduled or refunded proportionately. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled end time.
Packs are paid before lessons begin, without a subscription. Dates, availability, price and terms are confirmed in writing before payment. Trial bookings are open through the homepage calendar. Online bookings for regular lessons and online payments remain closed.
Distance purchases retain the statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from contracting. Starting sooner requires your express request; withdrawal after that start entails only a proportionate charge for services supplied. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance requires the legally required consents.
To withdraw or request a refund, email elauladecreaele@gmail.com with your name, service, contract date and decision. Withdrawal refunds follow the statutory 14-day deadline and original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You may also end a valid pack and request a proportionate refund of unused lessons, without repricing used lessons as single lessons.
Passing the exam or completing a language level is not guaranteed. Candidates arrange their official exam registration. Exam preparation does not replace a complete course from beginner level.
