Data and purposes

The data you provide—such as your name, email, telephone number, Spanish level, availability and learning goals—will be used to answer enquiries, manage bookings, organise lessons, communicate with you and provide the requested service. Minimum technical data may also be processed to maintain website security and operation.

Legal basis

Depending on the situation, processing is based on your consent when contacting us, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of the teaching service and compliance with legal obligations.

Retention

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or maintain the teaching relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liability.

Providers and transfers

Technology providers such as Calendly, Google and Meta/WhatsApp may be involved in communications and lesson management. They only receive the data needed to provide their services and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their policies. Calendly is not loaded on this website until you expressly accept it.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing elauladecreaele@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Third-party data

If you provide another person's data, you must have sufficient authorisation and inform them of this policy.
